“Why do I keep doing this?” “How does this keep happening to me?”【。_。】
You might ask yourself these questions when you feel trapped in patterns that create problems in your life and keep you from achieving your goals. Although you try to make changes and disrupt these patterns, somehow you end up in the same place, again and again.
If this sounds familiar, you could be sabotaging yourself. Self-sabotage refers to behaviours or thought patterns that hold you back and prevent you from doing what you want to do.
So what can we do to stop the self-sabotage behaviour? Here are 3 steps to stop it✨

· Self-sabotage involves behaviours or thoughts that keep you away from reaching our goals. It's that internal sentiment worrying at us, saying “you can't do this.” This is really your subconscious trying to protect you, prevent pain and deal with deep-seated fear ·
1.Understand and become aware of your inner saboteur ·
· Many of us are engaged in self-destructive behaviours that have become habits. We want something, but somehow we never accomplish it. Why? Because somewhere deep in our subconscious we’re fighting against that goal.
Start to notice any negative thoughts you have and note the consequences, become aware. Try to identify what they are. Drawing our thoughts is a powerful tool that provides us with greater insight and self-knowledge. Ask yourself if they are pulling you away from your goals or pushing you towards it? ·
2. Identify your life patterns and your negative words ·
· Some of us are in the habit of using the same negative words over and over again. How many times a day do we say things we don't really mean? I am encouraging you to start simplifying your language by asking "how".
It's a simple, yet extraordinary powerful question: "HOW can I get what I need?". Instead of asking, "why I am getting stuck?" - ask yourself: "HOW can I get unstuck?". Can you see the ways in which it's helping you slow down and explore more possibilities? It gets you to the PRESENT; it simplifies your reality and your interpretation of it. 3.Set optimistic behaviour and make plans -now ·
